I am an experienced Coach, Facilitator, Project Manager and Consultant who works with blue-chip private-sector companies, as well as a broad range of public-sector organisations in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and South America.

Industry sectors have included oil and gas, drinks, fast moving consumer goods, and finance.  Public policy sectors have included foreign affairs, arts management, spatial planning and sustainable development, economic development, employment and incapacity, social services, equal opportunities, community and volunteer development, lifelong learning, public health, and drug treatment and rehabilitation.

My core competencies lie in the design, facilitation and evaluation of leadership, change management, partnership working, communication and coaching programmes, with a particular specialism in international and multi-cultural profiling and the management of cultural diversity.
